avtovia.bg is a platform for fast and secure purchase of electronic vignettes and road tolls, operated by Digital Policy Hub. Vignette sales are carried out on behalf of Digitoll Smart Infrastructure AD, operating under the Digitoll brand — a National Service Provider licensed by the Road Infrastructure Agency (API). Digitoll entered the Bulgarian market in 2019 and is part of an international group majority-owned by Concord, Inc. Digitoll activities cover electronic vignettes and route tickets as well as advanced tolling solutions for heavy vehicles over 3.5 t based on modern satellite technology.
